Ka Boukie
COME ALIVE
FAULT: How has 2010 been for you?
It’s been pretty kool; I meet some great people like my art director Arnas Bagdonas and photographer Abie Lamin who have helped me with my visuals. 2010 has been the year where things have started to move for me.
FAULT: Could you tell us some more about " Ka Boukie”?
“Kaboukie” is a nick name given to me in Jamaica a few weeks…
PET TRAP
FAULT: What's the story behind Pet trap music? How did you all meet?
I (Ben) met Olivier in Studio Haxo where we were working. We started to write a few songs without any particular intention. Then the two bands in which we were playing split, so we focused on our new tracksand started to think about forming a band. We wondered what or who would complete the band: a singer, a drummer or…
FAULT FAVOURITES
DAYBED
FAULT: What inspires you to make the music?
Carla: I enjoy the possibility and freedom in working on a song. You can infuse mood into it, describe a setting, do a bit of storytelling. You can even treat it like the Surrealist Exquisite Corpse, like a game in subconscious creativity where the end product is a bit of a surprise. A quite pleasurable process! Tim: Music-making is one…

FAULT: What do you think the future holds…

FAULT: What's the story behind new concept?
.
We're actually glad you put the question like that: We're often asked why we're called "new…

Berlin-based, UK-raised musician, producer, DJ, and trumpeter Perera Elsewhere has never been easy to pin down. With her fourth album Just Wanna Live Some, due out on 24th October 2025 via Friends of Friends, Perera expands her sonic palette once again, weaving…
