[Premiere] Jarrel The Young imagines “Paris In The Fall”
Toronto-based songwriter and multi-platinum producer Jarrel The Young today shares the first single “Paris In The Fall” off his forthcoming EP.
The R&B single features an infectious mellow groove throughout, and Jarrel’s layered harmonies help to further create an expansive sound. Lyrically, “Paris In The Fall” is a wish to escape, a desire made stronger after being cooped up these past eight months. Creating a warm haven of sonic bliss, the dulcet tones of “Paris In The Fall” is laced with silky R&B flows to create a tune engulfed in golden inflections.
“There are elements in the past that ground you, and remind you where you came from. No matter how far you are or how fast you are moving, you know those elements will never leave you,” Jarrel says of the track.
No stranger to commercial hits, Jarrel has produced tracks for the likes of Fallout Boy, Jessie Reyez and David Guetta, totaling an impressive 500 million+ streams. This is now a new beginning for Jarrel The Young. Virtue 2 is coming soon and “Paris In The Fall” is available on all platforms tomorrow.
