[Premiere] Exitpost shares dreamy visual for “Two Dreamers”

Exitpost is the moniker of New York City based producer Ken Herman. The project started in Tokyo at his grandmother’s house, where he began amassing samples from his family’s record collection. After the release of his “Sweet Fade” mixtape in 2014, and 2016 “Nami” EP, Exitpost started garnering attention from the fashion world, including Betsey Johnson and NYFW. Today he announces his debut full-length record and shares the title track, “Two Dreamers.”

As the title suggests, “Two Dreamers” is a song filled with lush synth work that embraces you like a warm hug. Featured artist Unmo’s delicate vocal delivery in both Japanese and English lyrics blends with walls of synth sound, intricate string arrangements and meticulous electronic programming. The music video, directed by Melbourne-based Australian animator Lee Arkapaw, animates many of the images of Exitpost’s dreams and childhoods in Tokyo, beautifully and carefully hand drawn.
