Sky Ferreira’s debut LP was delayed by numerous setbacks before finally being released in the US last October. Now, the album has had its long-awaited UK release date confirmed as March 17.

Creative struggles and disputes with her record label were just two of the things that delayed ‘Night Time, My Time‘ being released in the UK. Now, Ferreira has announced her impressive leftfield-pop debut is finally ready to hit our shores. Executive-produced by Ferreira herself and including songs recorded with legendary producers Ariel Reichstadt (who’s worked with the likes of Plain White Ts, Haim and Vampire Weekend) and Justin Raisen, the album is an honest, emotional and evocative debut that showcases Ferreira’s impressive songwriting and artistic vision.

We featured ‘Night Time, My Time‘ as one of our favourite albums of 2013, and Ferreira’s star is set to rise further this year, with her having landed a support slot on Miley Cyrus‘s upcoming tour.

In the run-up to the release date, Ferreira will be performing live at London’s Tax Free at The Basement on January 30.
