FAULT Issue 10 delivery announcement
Quick update on delivery of FAULT Issue 10: The Legacy Issue (yes, that’s the one with Adam Lambert on the cover!).
A few of you have been asking if your copies have been sent yet and what the average delivery times will be to which part of the world. With that in mind, our fulfilment agents have provided us with the following answers. Short answers in bold, longer explanations for those interested in normal font:
- Copies have NOT yet been dispatched. ALL copies will be sent out in batches (earlier order completion = earlier dispatch) in the next TWO WEEKS. Due to the high number of pre-orders, it has required us to use a different printing and packaging service. We are sorting and packaging the orders to send out as quickly as possible.
- Delivery times will depend on your chosen shipping option. Tracked & express services will be faster by 1-2 days (or up to 3 days, depending on where you live). Our tracked service option provides you with a tracking number to check the location of your order. Express service does not guarantee tracking number but is faster than other services.
- Standard shipping times from time of dispatch: EU – 3-5 days; USA & International – 5-7 days. For tracked/express service, expect 1-2 days faster delivery time across EU and up to 3 days faster for USA and International (non-EU).
Please note that copies will only be dispatched to those who have completed BOTH PARTS of their order (deposit & balance payment). If you have NOT paid your balance after placing your deposit, please email [email protected] for a direct link to complete your order ASAP. The later you complete your order, the later your magazine will be dispatched.
Apologies to all of you for the long wait for your copies. If it is any consolation, we are all waiting for ours too! Please be patient with the people at Booksmagazinesetc.com , they are swamped with pre-orders (not all of them placed through the deposit system) but are doing their best to get copies rushed out as fast as they can.
