As New York Fashion Week is well underway with summer collections gracing the catwalk, I can’t help but think that everyone back in the UK has a very different thing on their mind, that ‘different thing’ specifically being THE COAT. A thick, warm, capacious coat, for believe it or not it’s getting prematurely chilly this side of the world.

So, where to get your hands on a perfect parka one asks. My recommendation to you is Miss Sixty. What about the best blazer? Boutique by Jaeger. How about a tangerine overcoat to keep you warm and suitably on trend? Well, if your budget allows, I’d have to point you in the direction of Burberry. And the cape? My Pet Square.
