Marks and Spencers has to some level always been associated with the older folks of our generation, particularly for their range of grey cardys and high waisted tailored trousers. In fact, ten years ago it would have been a social sin for any high street shopper under the age of 30 to shop in such a store.

Fast forward a decade to 2011, Marks and Spencers is attracting the most contemporary of audiences, in turn becoming the epitome of classical high street glamour and sophistication. And with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Ryan Reynolds featuring in their latest autumn winter campaign, I can’t help but think M&S’s reputation is about to soar even further again.
