Deerhunter are members: Bradford J. Cox, Moses Archuleta, Joshua Fauver and Lockett Pundt. The group is starting a European tour this week in support of their latest studio effort Halcyon Digest. Their new album (which is their 4th) was self-produced by the band with some assistance from Ben Allen and was recorded at Chase Park Transduction Studios located in Athens, Georgia (which is lead singers Bradford J. Cox’s childhood hometown). The group has toured most of 2010 but managed to take some time to produce the score for Rodarte’s Spring 2011 collection. The short film called The curve of forgotten things stars Elle Fanning and was directed by Tom Cole. Halcyon Digest is definitely worth a listen. Deerhunter are FAULTS ones to watch in 2011.
