Hanna Andréa calls time on doomscrolling with new single “GET OFF YOUR PHONE”

There’s a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from realising everyone around you is physically present but mentally somewhere inside their phones. It’s that strange modern disconnect that Hanna Andréa taps into on her new single “GET OFF YOUR PHONE” a punchy, nostalgic pop track that feels as playful as it does pointed.
Taken from her forthcoming EP Braveheart, the single leans into glossy pop hooks and muted guitar lines that recall the chaos and charm of late-90s and early-2000s alt-pop. It’s relatable without trying too hard to be, which is exactly why it works.
Speaking about the track, Andréa explained that the idea came from watching friends scroll endlessly during moments that were supposed to feel social. That tension between connection and distraction sits at the centre of the song, but rather than turning preachy, “GET OFF YOUR PHONE” keeps things light, catchy and undeniably self-aware.
The release continues Andréa’s steady rise as an artist blending expansive pop production with deeply personal storytelling. Since debuting with “Starlight”, she’s built a sound that pulls from orchestral pop, indie songwriting and cinematic world-building, while still keeping things accessible. With Braveheart on the horizon, alongside her growing work in theatre Andréa is positioning herself as far more than just another emerging pop act.
