TOGETHERNESS Makes Dancefloor Debut with ‘Hard 2 Forget U’
TOGETHERNESS
TOGETHERNESS sees Miami Horror return to their roots with a new club-focused project that celebrates the pure joy of house music.

Australian producer Benjamin Plant, aka Mild Minds, has spent years building Miami Horror into a 200 million-stream phenomenon, gracing stages at Coachella and Governors Ball while earning acclaim from Billboard, NPR, and Pitchfork. But with their new alter-ego TOGETHERNESS, they’re stripping everything back to where it all began.
‘Hard 2 Forget U’ marks the debut of both TOGETHERNESS and Miami Horror’s new label Temporary Pleasures. The track is a love letter to the sampling-driven house music that first captivated Plant as a youth discovering Daft Punk and obsessively digging for disco records. There’s no indie-electronic crossover or elaborate production here. Just straightforward, euphoric loops that lock you into the groove.
“I had always gravitated to the feeling and ethos of house – finding a simple euphoric loop lifted from another decade and just repeating it in its simplest form. I liked how straight and to the point it was, sample house had no fluff, and the way it uplifts and locks you in is almost trance-like.”

The timing feels right. After ending a nine-year album hiatus with Miami Horror’s deeply personal We Always Had Tomorrow earlier this year, Plant is ready to explore a different side of his artistry. TOGETHERNESS is about remembering why dancefloors exist in the first place.
Temporary Pleasures will expand beyond TOGETHERNESS with a focus on modern disco, French house, funk, and R&B. The label plans to host events called “Pleasure Center” and release curated mixtapes, all while maintaining that same philosophy: pure, unfiltered joy.

In a world that feels increasingly disconnected, Plant offers a simple reminder. We’re all in this together, especially when the beat drops.
