Reality TV star, businesswoman, single mother, animal rights advocate, and relentless fighter for women’s and children’s rights. That’s Lala Kent, who in a short time has managed to make her mark in the entertainment world, not only doing what she loves but also becoming a voice for many who are often ignored. Yesterday, Lala released her podcast Untraditionally Lala together with Ambyr Childers.

‘Untraditionally Lala’ is a poignant, often vulnerable podcast in which Lala shares her journey. Her explosive personality and strong convictions made the 34-year-old stand out during season four of reality TV series ‘Vanderpump Rules’, a platform she fully leveraged to build a solid presence as an entrepreneur and committed activist.

From TV sets, she went on to host the Give Them Lala Podcast and Amazon’s Mama’s Still Got It, in as well as publishing a book. In doing so, Lala became a cultural reference point for opening up one’s soul, speaking candidly about her past struggles with addiction, and sharing her solid path to sobriety.

In 2024, she appeared alongside Travis Kelce on Amazon Prime Video’s ‘Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?’, and in 2025, she returned as a guest on BRAVO’s ‘The Valley’, proving that her name continues to be a key part of the television universe.

But perhaps the most interesting part of Lala’s journey happens off-camera. Fully aware of what it means to have the spotlight, she has transformed media exposure into a springboard for business, cementing her reputation as an entrepreneur while never neglecting her role as a mother.

Her most personal battle has also become her biggest banner: family court reform in the United States. Through her own experience, she has used her platform to denounce the system’s failures, demanding that children and families be truly protected. In doing so, she has sparked difficult but necessary conversations that now define much of her path.

With skin thick enough to turn exposure into a tool for action, Lala has also stepped forward to support campaigns by PETA and the Humane Society, back projects with Alexandria House, and join protests against SeaWorld, often making the halls of Congress in Washington, D.C. her recurring stage to defend what she believes in.

Yet for her, all this pales in comparison to what she considers her greatest accomplishment. Overcoming more than six years of sobriety has been her most personal victory, one she shares with no filter to inspire others, never judging, but speaking from the lived experience of someone who was there for a long time and burned much of her life away.

Although Lala’s path may seem scattered, it is nothing more than the natural result of her bubbly, passionate personality. She’s proven herself capable of turning celebrity gossip into a platform for delivering a powerful message, using it as a catalyst for building a kinder world.

In championing so many causes personal to her journey, there’s no doubt her name will continue to resonate, whether to expose hard truths or speak out in defence of the most vulnerable.
