SLOE JACK Returns with new track BEAST MODE alongside ‘BACKSTAB (Deluxe)’

SLOE JACK is the unapologetic and FAULT Favourite musician who is breaking all the rules. The emerging punk-meets-hip-hop artist stormed onto the scene with his debut album ‘Backstab’ in October 2022, and now, nearly a year later, he’s taking things to the next level with the release of the deluxe edition of the project. And guess what? It’s loaded with a brand new track that’ll set your mind to ‘BEAST MODE.’

The track is a punchy power anthem that oozes with level-up energy. The infectious “you know the boys came out to play today” riff is an ear-worm of a hook but it’s within the inspiring lyrics featured throughout the verses where the true meaning of the track can be found. BEAST MODE is a powerful reminder that even when life throws its worst at us, we have the power to rise above. It’s about turning adversity into strength, despair into determination and through this song, SLOE JACK wants to share the message that no matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, there’s still hope.

Speaking about ‘BEAST MODE,’ SLOE JACK says, “‘BEAST MODE’ encapsulates the journey of triumphing over adversity and defying the odds. As a teenager, I faced some incredibly tough times, struggling with addiction and growing up in a broken home. But in the midst of darkness, I found the strength to turn things around, and ‘BEAST MODE’ captures that transformative process.”

SLOE JACK’s ‘Backstab’ Deluxe album isn’t just another musical compilation. It’s a raw, unfiltered look into the artist’s life and struggles. As he puts it, “This album encapsulates the behaviours and events that I’ve grappled with since a young age. I delve into my challenging childhood, which eventually led to a life marked by self-sabotage and mistakes. The album narrates my journey of personal growth, highlighting the transformative process I underwent to break free from those patterns and make positive changes for myself.”

Having faced numerous challenges growing up, he’s determined to convey one message above all: never give in, and keep fighting for what’s rightfully yours.

The deluxe edition of ‘Backstab’ includes all the original songs from the 2022 album in addition to the recently released gems like ‘BRAIN ROT’ and ‘2 WORDS,’ which have already garnered praise fans and new listeners alike. But the cherry on top is the inclusion of three brand new, unreleased songs – ‘RIGOR MORTIS,’ ‘MONSTER,’ and the aforementioned ‘BEAST MODE.’
