Dani Ducharme is a creative strategist helping artists articulate their vision
Dani Ducharme

Dani Ducharme works at the intersection of an artist’s vision and how it’s presented to audiences. As Senior Graphic Designer and Strategist at Bittersweet Media, she develops visual assets across digital platforms that support artist growth while staying aligned with their established identities. Through her work, she helps shape the visual language that audiences connect with alongside the music.
Ducharme became a journalist at Emerson College and double-minored in digital media studies and creative business studies. Journalism taught her how to get to the heart of a story, while digital media studies allow her to tell it in a fast-moving ecosystem where engagement and algorithms are critical. Creative business is where it all comes together in effective and actionable proposals.
She graduated in 2021 and entered the music industry through a role at Crooked Paintings, a Los Angeles label and publishing company, before joining Bittersweet Media in early 2022, where she leads creative teams and develops visual assets for artists across platforms. Her work supports growth goals while staying aligned with each artist’s carefully built identity. She has collaborated on campaigns with teams at Warner Records, Universal Records, Nettwerk Music Group, Epitaph, and Polyvinyl Records, as well as artists including Cavetown, Chloe Moriondo, Cold War Kids, Hot Mulligan, Great Grandpa, and, more recently, Daffo.
For Daffo’s album Where The Earth Bends, she steps in as Creative Marketing Designer and Lead, building a visual world that matches the record’s tone and intent. The focus stays on how the music is experienced beyond sound.
Daffo has a clear sense of how their music looks and feels, and Dani’s role is to help translate that into a visual language others can understand. She handles both strategy and creative execution, allowing the artist to focus on the music while ensuring the visual rollout stays cohesive and intentional.
The Daffo Project
Daffo is the recording project of Gabi Gamberg, a narrative-driven indie rock artist with a precise sense of how their music should exist in the world. On Where the Earth Bends, that sense of direction was already in place. Ducharme’s work was to build the strategy and execution around a vision that did not need to be invented, only carried forward.
The high point came during the ‘Quick Fix’ video shoot. A 1990s infomercial parody with a housewife selling a miracle spray. Ducharme loved it because of how playful they could get with the narrative, building promotional assets like fake testimonials, vintage graphics, and other small visual jokes. By the time the video dropped, the audience already felt in on the bit: they’d bought into the setup and were rewarded with the payoff.
Good creative marketing doesn’t sand down an artist’s edges; it uses them as a foundation to build from On Where The Earth Bends, Dani Ducharme’s work gave Daffo’s visual world the same weight as the music itself, turning the campaign into an extension of the record rather than a vehicle for it.
