Premiere: Tom & Collins drop new single, ‘Time To Party’
Tom & Collins, the Mexico City natives, mark the strategic reboot of their Terms & Conditions Records imprint with the release of their new single, ‘Time To Party‘.

The duo has tapped Maccabi House DJ DvirNuns for a collaboration that sonically signals the label’s new direction towards indie dance and contemporary Afro house. ‘Time to Party’ merges powerful synths and energetic vocals, showcasing the refined aesthetic that has positioned Tom & Collins as Mexico’s premier electronic music export.
“After a brief pause, we’re back refreshed, recharged, and ready to bring you a sharper curation of music,” Tom & Collins explain. “We wanted to merge the spirit of indie dance with the deep pulse of Afro house into one singular experience. The powerful synths and energetic vocals are meant to spark a sense of connection that goes beyond borders and genres.”

DvirNuns brings his Maccabi-inspired Indie Dance approach to the collaboration. “For me, Indie Dance is where emotion meets groove. I want to create tracks that don’t just make people move, but make them feel,” he shares.
The reboot represents a strategic evolution from the label’s original high-volume approach to refined curation. The label launches the same weekend as the release with two major showcase events: Monterrey at Explanada Museo Marco on October 10th featuring Hugel and Marten Lou, and New York at Gray Area x Superior Ingredients Rooftop on October 12th with DvirNuns. November dates include Guadalajara’s Campo Mágico with Carlita and Los Angeles’ Academy on November 22nd.
Terms & Conditions has built an impressive catalog of 121 releases, with distinctive Mexican alebrije artwork representing cultural identity and imagination. The label’s event series has hosted Bob Moses, Claptone, The Magician, and Polo & Pan across Mexico’s most prestigious venues.
Tom & Collins, aka Juan Pablo Escudero and Jorge Corral, began their musical journey during a high school exchange program in Paris, evolving into one of Mexico’s most successful electronic music partnerships. Their remix portfolio includes Madonna, Gorgon City, Duke Dumont, and Claptone, with releases on Universal Music, REALM Records, Three Six Zero, and Insomniac Recordings garnering millions of streams across sixty countries.
