Twinnie Premieres Official “Giddy Up” Music Video

Some heartbreak songs are written for late-night reflection, but Twinnie’s latest release is designed for the dancefloor. Today she premieres the official music video for Giddy Up, a country-pop track that has already racked up more than 275,000 streams since dropping earlier this month.
Filmed in Joshua Tree, California and directed by Joey Schrader of Fool Triumphant Entertainment, the video sets Twinnie’s high-energy delivery against a cinematic desert backdrop. There are nods to saloon culture, western grit, and her own Romani heritage in the styling. It’s a visual extension of what the song already represents: heartbreak transformed into empowerment.
Speaking about the video, Twinnie explains: “This video is all about taking the reins and strutting into your own power. It’s daring, it’s unapologetic, and it’s exactly how I feel when I sing ‘Giddy Up.’”
Her backstory is as compelling as her present. Raised in the Romani Travelling community, Twinnie brings a strong sense of authenticity to her music. Since releasing her debut album Hollywood Gypsy in 2020, she has moved between the UK and Nashville, shared stages with Sheryl Crow and Lainey Wilson but you can read more about that in our previous interview with Twinnie here.
She is also a songwriter for major names including Kylie Minogue and Bryan Adams, and runs the non-profit initiative I Know A Woman, which has been instrumental in improving mental health support within the music industry. It’s a résumé that shows her as more than just a performer—she’s someone reshaping the industry from within.
The “Giddy Up” video gives another glimpse of Twinnie at her best: bold, FAULTLess, and unafraid to bring country-pop into new territory.
