And don’t miss the enchanting sight of the light-up pool at night, adding to the restaurant’s charm.

I wasn’t planning on ever including a hotel snack bar in a top 5 list but I had to make an exception for this one! While staying or visiting at the luxurious St. Kitts Marriott Resort, don’t overlook the Snack Bar for an unforgettable dining experience with their blackened fish sandwich. Despite its casual setting, this hidden gem offers a culinary masterpiece with its blackened fish that left me craving more.

If you’re in town, treat yourself to the smoky flavour and unreal freshness of the blackened fish, accompanied by scenic views of the Caribbean Sea.

5. Serendipity: A Gastronomic Journey Through Flavours

Embark on a culinary adventure at Serendipity, where every dish tells a story of flavor and tradition. Co-owned by Alexander James and Pauline Horton, this restaurant offers an extensive menu featuring a variety of tastes and ingredients.

We were served the lunchtime buffet featuring mutton curry, chicken, mac and cheese, and plantain pictured above and it was a ballet of flavours. They also offer an a la carte dinner menu showcasing specialised ingredients and local produce, Serendipity promises a feast for the senses.
