June Ambrose launches PUMA Hoops High Court Collection

Growing up as a 90’s kid after school and weekends were solely for watching TV but not any old show our intrest were Music Videos on MTV. June Ambrose the creative eye behind those videos we loved to watch over and over collaborating with video Director Hype Williams.


Churning out iconic looks in the 90’s from The Notorious B.I.G.”Mo Money Mo Problems”, Missy Elliott “The Rain” (Super Dupa Fly) 702 “Where My Girls At” Jay Z “Feelin It” and not forgetting the infamous film featuring rapper Nas and the late great Dmx “Belly”.


Fast Forward June Ambrose greatest style visions landed her to style one of the most successful rappers to date JayZ, June Ambrose now appointed creative director for puma remixed fashion, lifestyle and basket ball sportswear incorporating her Caribbean heritage for a bold and bright colour palette.
The apparel collection pieces designed by Ambrose is her interpretation of “Life is a sport” which can be seen throughout each piece created for this collection. Throughout her career, June Ambrose has always held court in her own right. She has interpreted the DNA and soul of an artist or person and what makes them who they are. She’s understood their greater vision, and she has designed looks that bring texture to what they are trying to say.


Ambrose’s approach to the PUMA Hoops High Court collection was no different. She designed a bold lifestyle collection, which she states “When designing this collection I considered the lifestyle of women and how integral movement is to our wardrobes. I wanted to harness the flexibility that we need and marry this with stylish versatility; each piece is designed to work for all of the positions that we inhabit and the many races we run in our lives every day!”
