Ellie Rose smolders on “Audrey”

Rising UK singer/songwriter Ellie Rose’s music conjures images of old Hollywood glamour and smolders with with an intensity similar to Lana Del Rey. Her latest single “Audrey” is a perfect example of Ellie’s stripped back pop intensity.

Speaking on the track, Ellie states: “‘Audrey’ is a lonely little number masquerading as a love ballad. I’ve written so many songs that I’ve lost track. Last year, I was looking through my old notebooks, it was page after page of heartbreak and uncertainty. It’s a story I’ve carried with me for years sprinkled with stolen memories and teardrops from incredible women I cherish and adore. The sentiment of the song is, if you are questioning if someone is good for you, the answer is they’re probably not.”
