Grungy, wet-look hair across the face matched a moody collection from McQueen which started with a colour scheme of white, sky blue and mustard yellow and sunk into grey, black and blood red. Baggy trousers and oversized coats had a hint of teenage rebellion about them whilst swirling shapes flecked across suit jackets, polo necks and bomber jackets in a contrast colour were abstractly artistic and intriguing. Belts across the chest and black patent leather waistcoat-shaped panels indulged McQueen’s dark side.
Next season’s McQueen man is deep, mysterious and haunted.
