Alcohol and Ginger…Ginger Alcohol..?

On a sticky summers day, who can resist the zingy smell of ginger? Even better is ginger combined in an icy refreshing cocktail with Harveys Bristol Cream.. All I can say is yum!!

Frosted Apple & Ginger
Perfect for barbeques- I have not given up on the summer yet!! Harveys Frosted Apple and Ginger is bursting with tangy flavours- Ideal as a change from Pimms- pop it in a punch bowl and get set for Wimbledon.

Recipe:
• Start with a glass full of ice- this drink needs to be coooooooool (crushed ice adds to the James Bond feel!)
• Pour over 50ml Harveys Bristol Cream and 50ml apple juice
• Top up with a dash of sparkling ginger ale
• Swirl with a cinnamon stick and leave in the glass

Garnish with a sprig of mint and apple slices

Or if you’re making a pitcher, simply double the quantities- for a bowl, mulitiply by three!

The only problem is, not drinking it too quickly!!! Hic
