LAID BACK RELEASE MINI ALBUM

Just in time for summer BBQs and beach parties, Danish duo Laid Back — after far too long — have released some select new material. (In case you don’t know, they’re renowned for their classic underground dance hit “White Horse.”) Complete with never before heard gems, mini album Cosyland was recorded in 1981 with equipment that, at the time, was considered along the likes of “Science Fiction.” For Cosyland, all experimenting with these original tracks was done on the spur of the moment. Of course, leaving us with that traditional Laid Back electronic/fusion sound their known for creating, which musicians will be continuing to sample for decades to come.
