(Images Courtesy Of Photographer HUGO MARTINEZ)
Day 5 of Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week included shows by ALICE & OLIVIA, BETSEY JOHNSON, CARLOS MIELE, REEM ACRA, LEATHER JAPAN, PRETE & BRUNO, & more. Inspirations were many, from the decadent flappers of the 20’s era at REEM ACRA, to the eastern influence in the collective show by LE PARRAIN, SOMARTA & AGURI SAGIMORI at LEATHER JAPAN, to the iconic Gauchos of South America at CARLOS MIELE. The ALICE & OLIVIA show in Chelsea was the place to be & served up lots of color, cocktails, & confections for guests to enjoy. While the BETSEY JOHNSON after party at the Stone Rose Lounge took the fervor of fashion week to an entirely new level.
