Women, I put a question to you: Can your handbag ever be too big?

As creatures of the world who have jobs to hold down, children to care for and a pair of flats, makeup bag and diary to carry around with them on a daily basis, surely our handbags need to be of significant size to meet our womanly needs?

I have always steered clear of the seriously oversized, purely in fear of banging it into every passer by I may come across in the street, but since discovering Burberry’s AW oversized leather options, my inclinations to avoid the oversized are seriously lessening. With giant leather tassels, sturdy snake skin like handles and moss green panelling, this really is a prime case of ‘big being better’.
