Giles Makes A Move

Last week housed the devastating news that Galliano was found guilty of the racist allegations he was charged with earlier on this year, this week brought fashion headlines to our doors again (although the stories behind the more recent statements are much less scandalous, positively encouraging in fact).

Quite simply, Giles Deacon has left Emanuel Ungaro (his role, creative director) to channel his career into other directions, specifically focusing on his well established brand Giles. It hasn’t yet been confirmed who will take the designers position at Ungaro, however Deacon has suggested he will be exploring world wide development of his existing label, and cannot wait to show his Giles collection to us next week.

And if we’re honest too, I don’t think we can wait either!!
