Burberry Does Bobbles

Initially Burberry’s SS 2012 show took me a little bit by surprise; a modest array of natural browns and rich plums were worlds away from the pillar box reds and tangerines of last season’s show. Not only that, I began to notice visor edged bobble hats (that sported cute little pompoms on the end of each of one) which made me feel like I was enveloping myself into what was seemingly an AW show.

But after much analysis my love for Bailey’s high waisted pleated skirts and seventies patterened jumpers became seriously apparent, and despite its modest appearance I concluded that this was undoubtedly another iconic collection from Burberry… although sadly a visual emphasis that our British summers are slowly dissolving away.
