Hasan Hejazi is quite a newcomer to the fashion scene. But he has already made quite an impact. Counting Marina Diamandis and Jessie J as his muses, he has been creating bespoke pieces for their TV and stage performances for the last few years. With celebrity friends like these, longevity is almost guaranteed.

Ever since his final show at the London College of Fashion, graduating with an MA in 2010, where he received fabulous feedback from Hilary Alexander and has gone from strength to strength.

His first collection used goats fur, sequins and sparkles but this has been pared down for summer to a more body con, sex crossed with sports wear inspired line.

All his pieces have personality, so they attract strong women to wear them well. With the current collection inspired by 90s supermodels, it has gained wide press. Loosely based on sports luxe, the luxury fabrics are contrasted with mesh panelling, which make it extremely easy to wear and gained him a place at Harrods, where he is stocked as part of the “Harrods Launches” initiative.

Other collaborations, include working with Rankin to create his lookbook and with jewellery designer Katie Rowland with whom he made a range of necklaces and cuffs.

Dressing a well tuned in selection of glamorous women, Hasan claims his ideal woman is someone who makes an effort with her appearance and ideally wear heels, so if this is you, please do check him out!
