Blade Malice is the number one Hip Hop artist to watch in 2012. Haling from New Jersey, USA and inspired by 2pac, Blade certainly has a way with words.

FAULT: What has been your source of inspiration over the post few months?

Blade: “My inspiration over the past few months have been my family and closest friends because they give me the drive to keep doing what I love to do”

FAULT: Can you tell us about some of your new tracks?

Blade: Well, I’ve got some new tracks that i think people will like and be able to relate to. I have a few new songs called Cant do That, Fever and Stuck on You. I know these tracks will reach out to different people in different ways. All will be featured in my new mixtape titled Social Music.

FAULT: What does Hip Hop mean to you?

Blade: Hip Hop means alot to me because I can express myself in different ways, it would take all day for me to explain. It’s like asking “what does your mother mean to you?” There are so many ways to express yourself about something you love.

FAULT: How do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?

Blade: I want people to feel like there not the only ones going through things in there life. You know, like trials and tribulations of everyday life as well as the happy things in life. I try not to single any one thing because we’re all humans.

FAULT: Tell us more about your track action.

Blade: The track action is a song about how I wanted to show I had skills and can play with words just as good as any rapper out there.

FAULT: Do you have any live shows planned?

Blade: No shows at the moment but hopefully soon!

FAULT: What’s it like to be an artist based in New Jersey?

Blade: It’s hard because we are always overlooked as far as music is concerned.

FAULT: Who would you say was the most influential person in your life, who has made you who you are today?

Blade: God!!!!!!

FAULT: What new music are you currently listening to?

Blade: I listen to anything that is hot, it doesn’t matter what type. I’m not shallow when it comes to music.
