Electrikk!!

I started Electrikk a couple years ago while I was in my last year in high school. I have been creating designs since I was around the age of 13. I’m 19 now. I had always been obsessed with t-shirts, I was never one of those “girly-girls”. One day I just thought, “What if my designs could be on a t-shirt?” I looked more into it, and my high school graphic design teacher and graffiti artist, Rene Gagnon, also helped me out so much with everything. I began looking around for local screen printing shops and making an online store using websites like bigcartel. From there, that’s basically how it all started.

FAULT: Tell us about Electrikk Clothing?

Electrikk is a fashion line from Fall River, Massachusetts. You’ll find us just about anywhere where you can find some kick ass electro music! Haha.

FAULT: Who would be you ideal client?

FAULT: What are you currently working on?

I’ve recently been working on some band merchandise, so definitely be on the look out for some awesome band tee’s coming out soon!

FAULT: What is your best seller?

The best selling tees as of now are Crunk and Fresh To Death.

FAULT: Where do you get your inspiration?

I get my inspiration from just about anywhere or anything. Music and Photography have to be at the top of the list. I’ve always had a huge obsession with Electro music, and I feel it shows in most of my work. I’ve also been really interested in all sorts of photography and designs, so that definitely rubs off on me as well.

FAULT: What is Electrikk Clothing’s mission?

My mission is to spread Electrikk, and let it be known. I feel that my line is very different and original. Electrikk targets many of the Electro and Crunkcore scenes, which is what we would love to carry on with the bright colours and style.

FAULT: What is your FAULT?

I wish I hadn’t started off with my first tees a couple years ago. I was younger, and was just anxious to get my designs out there. I wish I had known as much as I did now. I believe I now have more knowledge of what it means to be a graphic designer creating t-shirts in fashion.
