And the winners are…

First of all, a huge thank you to everyone who took part in our #itsAdamsFAULT #waterchallenge competition to win a free copy of FAULT Issue 10 signed by cover star Adam Lambert.

The competition, open to everyone who donated $20 or more to charity:water (Adam’s preferred charity, for which he “gave up” his 30th birthday this year) within our time period, was a huge success and raised $7440 for an extremely worthy cause – and we don’t just mean helping Adam reach his target of $100, 000 (there’s still some way left to go)!

Sneak peak of Adam Lambert in FAULT Issue 10!

From all the entries – with each $20 donation acting as a single entry – we have now picked the 10 lucky winners, each of whom will receive a free signed copy! And the winners are…

  1. Shannon Wiley
  2. Michin Wise
  3. Joyce Francis
  4. Winifred Feldhaus
  5. Gulanaz Zarcarids
  6. Eileen Catalano
  7. Anna Zarbano
  8. Susan Good
  9. Patricia Sawyer
  10. Susan Liechty

Congratulations to all of you! Please be patient to receive your copies – they still need to be sent from the printers to Adam to sign before charity:water can send out the individual copies to the winners.

FAULT Issue 10 delivery announcement

Quick update on delivery of FAULT Issue 10: The Legacy Issue (yes, that’s the one with Adam Lambert on the cover!).

Another peek inside Issue 10...

A few of you have been asking if your copies have been sent yet and what the average delivery times will be to which part of the world. With that in mind, our fulfilment agents have provided us with the following answers. Short answers in bold, longer explanations for those interested in normal font:

  • Copies have NOT yet been dispatched. ALL copies will be sent out in batches (earlier order completion = earlier dispatch) in the next TWO WEEKS. Due to the high number of pre-orders, it has required us to use a different printing and packaging service. We are sorting and packaging the orders to send out as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery times will depend on your chosen shipping option. Tracked & express services will be faster by 1-2 days (or up to 3 days, depending on where you live). Our tracked service option provides you with a tracking number to check the location of your order. Express service does not guarantee tracking number but is faster than other services.
  • Standard shipping times from time of dispatch: EU – 3-5 days; USA & International – 5-7 days.  For tracked/express service, expect 1-2 days faster delivery time across EU and up to 3 days faster for USA and International (non-EU).

Please note that copies will only be dispatched to those who have completed BOTH PARTS of their order (deposit & balance payment). If you have NOT paid your balance after placing your deposit, please email info@booksmagazinesetc.com for a direct link to complete your order ASAP. The later you complete your order, the later your magazine will be dispatched.

Apologies to all of you for the long wait for your copies. If it is any consolation, we are all waiting for ours too! Please be patient with the people at Booksmagazinesetc.com , they are swamped with pre-orders (not all of them placed through the deposit system) but are doing their best to get copies rushed out as fast as they can. If you have chosen a tracked service and wish to check the status of your order, please email the orders help desk at info@booksmagazinesetc.com
